RULES FOR JOINING TACTICAL ANNIHILATION
By joining this team, you are agreeing that you will abide by ALL of the following rules:
1). Missing 3 scheduled practices in a row (even if you have an excuse) will start the process of us looking for your replacement.
2). There will be no less than 4 days of 2 hour scheduled practices a week. (8 hours of weekly practice hours)
3). You must make it to 90% of the practice dates weekly.
4). Everyone on the team will have everyone’s name and phone number and we will each receive a text 15 min prior to practice. (if you cannot make practice you have a responsibility to text the entire team and let them know as soon as you are aware you will be missing a practice.)
5). Missing a practice without at least notifying the team will start the process of us looking for your replacement.
6). Mid and jungle are expected to duo together as often as possible for norms or solo ranked.
7). Support and adc are expected to duo together as often as possible for norms or solo ranked.
8). Top and jungle are expected to duo together as often as possible for norms or solo ranked.
9). Mid and Top are expected to duo together as often as possible for norms or solo ranked.
10). There will be no raging.
11). After every game win or lose there will be a short break to discuss improvement across the team.
a. Each member will state what they could have done better and one clear
and doable step to achieve that improvement. The goal for improvement here is self-motivation.
12). There will be no surrender votes unless the entire team agrees over voice chat first.
a. It is a discouraging thing when you feel you are wining your lane and
then a teammate throws up a surrender vote out of nowhere. Also even losses are
wins if we learn from them.
13). There will be no conversation in all chat ever! It only distracts from the task at hand , you can talk to the enemy team after the game. ( also if you are reading this please answer "678" to application question "Did you click and read the link posted?")
14). We will be using Skype. If you don’t have it, get it, its free. If you don’t have a working headset, wait to apply until you do. They are not expensive.
15). You will be expected to keep up to date, as well as learn and play, with the current meta and champions that are very strong in their respected lanes. "I don't like that champ so I'm not going to play him" is not a viable reason as to not giving it a try.
16). You must be willing to try new learning methods if yours are inefficient.
17). You MUST be able to compromise.
18). You will be expected to know your team mates outside of practices to better build "personal synergy".
19). Compliment your teammates when they do well, and avoid pointing out their flaws until the end of the game.
20). We will have fun while playing, but fun is the reward for hard work, so do not slack during practice games.
